Please note that for us to proceed to a position transfer, an online instruction is required.
This instruction can be created online via the Client Portal, simply follow these steps:
Log in to the Client Portal and navigate to the menu called: TRANSFER AND PAY, followed by TRANSFER POSITIONS. Then, click on the icon OUTGOING.
Next, please select REGION: ALL OTHER REGIONS, and then press the SELECT button next to "Free of Payment Transfer of Global Securities".
Now, simply follow the prompts and input all compulsory fields. Note that a valid email address at your other bank/ broker is crucial
Upon receipt of your instruction, we will reach out to your broker to organize the transfer. Also, only when we know what position you will be transferring, we can advise our depository information
