CBR: Dresdner Bank’s takeover by Commerzbank (Eurasia) gets under way

The PR department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation announced on Friday the beginning of the reorganization procedure at Commerzbank (Eurasia), based in Moscow (registration #3333), and Dresdner Bank (Saint Petersburg, registration #2455) via Dresdner Bank’s takeover by Commerzbank (Eurasia).
