AVTOVAZBANK (Togliatti) has fully placed R800 million in debut bonds. The first coupon rate was set at 11.95%. Bonds were placed at the nominal value on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 6, 2007. The nominal value is R1,000. Bonds will be in circulation for three years. BANK OF MOSCOW has arranged the deal. GLOBEX, NOMOS BANK, the REGION investment company, ALFA BANK and the Samara SOLIDARNOST bank were unified into a syndicate of underwriters.
