INTERFAX. Kaliningrad-based Investbank, part of Convers Group, bought 19.9% of Savings and Credit Bank (Moscow). Earlier, Investbank owned no shares of this lending institution.
Investbank is controlled by Convers Groups beneficial owner Vladimir Antonov and another 16.3% interest is in the hands of investment fund Renfin. Until this transaction 100% of Savings and Credit Bank belonged to individual Sergey Paramonov.
The group also comprises another three Russian banks: Enisey (Krasnoyarsk), Voronezhprombank (Voronezh), Baikalrosbank (Irkutsk), and also three foreign lenders: Conversbank (UK) Limited (Great Britain), Snoras (Lithuania) and Latvijas Krajbanka (Latvia). In Q108, Investbank ranked 126th in terms of assets among Russian banks and Savings and Credit Bank was in 677th place in the Interfax-100 ranking, prepared by Interfax-CEA.
