"It's patently obvious that the West in general and Ukraine will do everything possible to make life for people in Crimea more difficult. Anything goes in this case. I would not call the article anti-Russian. It just highlights some problems typical of a transitional period, the ones the Russia's government is well aware of, actually. And the payment system is just one of them - water supply, energy supply, investments, logistic are on top of the list as well. Shaun (Shaun Walker, автор статьи) is focusing on details, as far as I can see, on sore points. It's important, of course, but again, nobody makes a secret of the problems. A year has passed, but Crimea is still there and everything seems to be OK. It appears that the reaction is expected to be like "My Visa does not work? Oh, a complete disaster, why we held that referendum! " - is it what Crimeans are expected to say or think? Really?"
и еще четкое:
"It doesn't really matter who the good people of Crimea and Russia blame. What matters - is that the free world united against Russian aggression."
