The Central Bank of Russia has registered shares issued by the St. Petersburg PETRO-AERO-BANK, part of the East European Financial Corporation. The volume of the issue is R61.4 million. The bank issued 614,000 shares, each with a nominal value of R100. Each share is to be placed at R300. The charter capital is to increase to R92.1m.
