UVTB to Issue R1.5 Bln in Debut Bonds

URALVNESHTORGBANK (UVTB; Yekaterinburg) is to begin placing R1.5 billion in debut bonds on April 27. So said a spokesman for the BANK OF MOSCOW which organises the issue in conjunction with SIBAKADEMBANK.
