In the fourth quarter of 2005, the Moscow regional bank EVRAZBANK had the R1.246 million capital as of January 1, 2006. On October 1, 2005, the capital was R2.265m. The considerable reduction has pushed the bank down to 55th place from 97th in the ranking of Moscow’s largest banks published by the Izvestia newspaper.
