On June 2, the MOSKOVSKY KAPITAL bank signed a cooperation program with the Moscow city government. MOSKOVSKY KAPITAL, a Moscow city government’s authorized bank, provides financing and clearing services to food and agricultural enterprises effectively using modern financial instruments. Using own resources and drawing outside funds, the bank provides guarantees to secure obligations of enterprises which reach general agreements with the Moscow city government on budgetary subsidies for food purchases.
