As of July 1, 2006, the Krasnoyarsk STROMCOMBANK had R1.223 billion in assets, up 29% from January 1, 2006. The own capital based on the Central Bank of Russia’s methods stood at R185.768m, up R25.8m from the start of the year. In 1H2006, return on equity was 32.8%. Return on operating assets was 7.4%. The net profit was at R31.45m. The 2Q2006 net profit (R24.2m) grew 240% compared with the 1Q2006 net profit (R7.4m). As of July 1, 2006, the credit portfolio was at R940.5m, increasing by 22.7% from the start of the year. The corporate credit portfolio rose by 5.6% from the start of the year, or by R33m. The private credit portfolio increased by 128% to R165m.
