PRIME-TASS. Ritek plans to sell this year 701,114 common registered shares of Nefteprombank (4.99% of the bank’s charter capital) that it holds, Prime-TASS reported quoting the company’s report. As the document pointed out, Ritek’s equity stake is worth Rub 15.87 mln.
In line with the lender’s FY09 report, Nefteprombank Group owners are Victor Paliy (17.43% of the charter capital), Alexander Gubenko (6.79%), Evgeny Kirillov (6.43%), Ivan Gubenko (6.41%), Antonina Gubenko (6.05%), Lidia Gubenko (5.3%), Glavkhimproekt (5.3%), MNKP (5.29%), Pavel Verteletsky (5.26%), Neftesnab (5.14%), Ritek (5%), with the remaining 25.6% held by individuals with stakes below 5%.
