GAZPROM has fully withdrawn its 21.87% share from the capital of the Noyabrsk-based NOYABRSKY GORODSKOY BANK (Russia’s Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region). The bank was established on the basis of PROMSTROIBANK’s Noyabrsk branch in 1990. Along with GAZPROM, the bank was owned by SURGUTGAZPROM, NOYABRSKGAZDOBYCHA, TARKOSALENEFTEGAZ and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region’s administration.
