The Perm-based ECOPROMBANK is adjusting registration and service terms for VISA debit cards. Specifically, the bank annulled a security deposit earlier required to draw up Visa Gold cards. Interest is now accumulated regardless of a period for which funds are placed. The interest rate is now similar to that valid for more than 90-day term. So, the interest rate set on the Accumulative tariff plan for Visa Gold, Classic and Electron cards is now correspondingly equal to 7.0%, 6.0% and 5.0% in roubles and 3.5%, 3.0% and 2.5% in hard currency.
