As Banki.ru learned, Commercial Bank Belon has been renamed in Commercial Bank Vzaimodeistvie. Relevant amendments were already made to the CBR Book for State Registration of Lending Institutions.
On October 8, 2010 the Bank of Russia provided the bank with a banking license to deal with funds denominated in rubles and foreign currencies, and also a license to attract private deposits.
“The change of the banks corporate name does not entail any changes in its rights or obligations to customers and contracting parties. It is not required to re-sign respective agreements using the banks new corporate name, with all contracts and agreements signed earlier remaining valid," the bank specified.
As Banki.ru data shows, as of September 1, 2010 the lending institutions net assets stood at Rub 651.62 mln (788th place in Russia), equity capital came to Rub 177.83 mln, the credit portfolio totaled Rub 315.64 mln and liabilities to households amounted to Rub 258.71 mln.
