FAS gives RBS green light to buy Moscow-based Royal Bank of Scotland

PRIME-TASS. The Federal Anti-Trust Service (FAS) of Russia reviewed an application submitted by Royal Bank of Scotland plc seeking to gains the rights allowing to determine the conditions of the entrepreneurial activities conducted by Royal Bank of Scotland CJSC (Moscow), and decided to approve this application, Prime-TASS reported.
