The Central Bank of Russia has registered a report on the results of new share issue by IMPEXBANK, worth R1.28 billion, the bank said. As a result, the bank’s equity grew to R4.45b. Shares were bought by the bank’s sole shareholder, RAIFFEISEN INTERNATIONAL BANK HOLDING.
