Moscow’s HOLDING CREDIT bank has begun to carry out money transfers in the WESTERN UNION system. The transfer takes several minutes, regardless of destination, and no bank account is needed to send or receive the transfer. Recipients or senders may use 245,000 outlets in and outside Russia, the announcement says.
