The Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk SAKHALIN WEST bank is to increase the charter capital by R150 million to R415m. The decision was approved at an extraordinary shareholders meeting. The capital will be increased through additional share issue. The bank last increased the charter capital about six months ago. It was the 14th time the bank issued additional shares.
