RUSSIAN MORTGAGE BANK (Moscow) has offered private clients refinancing services for mortgage loans. Credits are provided in roubles or US dollars regardless of the current credit currency. Interest rates depend on the lending term and the amount of a credit. Minimum rates are set at 10.75% in roubles and 9.75% in US dollars. The decision to provide a credit is made within two days after applying.
