The Moscow CITY MORTGAGE BANK is launching its own program for refinancing mortgage loans in roubles and foreign currency in all regions where it operates. The new product makes it possible to reduce the interest rate on credits to 10.49% annually in roubles and 9.0% in US dollars. The refinancing loan term is one to fifteen years.
