On October 26, the Russian Central Bank terminated the temporary administration at COMINBANK (Moscow). The termination of the temporary administration is linked with the October 19, 2007, ruling by a Moscow arbitration court on the forceful liquidation of the lending organization and the appointment of liquidator. The temporary administration for the management of COMINBANK was appointed by the CBR’s August 29 order in connection with the cancellation of the license for banking operations.
