Novosibirsk’s URSA BANK has completed the consolidation of MASS MEDIA BANK and ETALONBANK. The consolidated bank will operate under the name ETALONBANK (Moscow). It will be a one-stop bank with a focus on small and medium business in the Central Federal District. It will also take part in syndicating large credits. At present, ETALONBANK has ten branches and 22 offices in the Moscow, Vladimir, Voronezh, Bryansk, and Kaluga regions. Its assets stand at around R10.6 billion, capital — R1.6b.
