Igor Savitsky, a member of the Pskov Regional Assembly and board chairman at Pskovbank, has sold his 89.84% interest in the bank, the lending institution said in a statement, Prime-TASS reported.
The banks shares were purchased by Anton Tsekhansky, Sergei Bespalov, Maxim Pashkov, Oksana Kovalenko (acquired 19.565% each), while Roman Vasiliev picked up 18.921%.
As a factor causing changes in the banks shareholding the lending institution called “the failure to adopt a decision on the payout of dividends on preferred shares”.
In line with information posted on the banks website, previously private security firm Sova held a 5.15% stake, Savitsky-controlled Production Association NPN owned 2.2% of the bank and minority shareholders held 2.81% of the banks shares.
