International rating agency Fitch affirmed and immediately withdrew its ratings assigned to International Bank of Saint Petersburg. Thus, the lenders long-term issuer default rating was affirmed at B-, a stable outlook, short-term IDR was kept at B, long-term local currency IDR was left at B-, a stable outlook, BSFR was affirmed at B-, and long-term national scale rating was left unchanged at BB-(rus), a stable outlook.
As Fitch specified in a press release, a decision to withdraw the ratings was driven by the lenders decision not to be rated any longer.
