Nomos-Bank is going to increase its charter capital and take over two subsidiary banks (Nomos-Regiobank and Nomos-Bank-Siberia), the bank said in a press release.
Nomos-Bank shareholders are to review in absentia the bank’s capital uplift and its reorganization at an April 12 extraordinary shareholders meeting.
Otkritie Financial Corporation intends to grab 100% of Nomos-Bank within two years.
