As the Federal Information Agency told Banki.ru, Commercial Bank Pskovbank OJSC, based in Pskov, was renamed Eurosibbank OJSC. This decision was adopted at a shareholders meeting on February 26, 2013.
According to the bank’s representative, documents related to the bank’s renaming are presently under review at tax authorities, and the procedure is expected to be wrapped up by April 20.
Igor Savitsky, a member of the Pskov Regional Assembly and board chairman at Pskovbank, sold his 89.84% interest in the bank in mid-December 2012. The lending institution’s new owners are Maxim Pashkov, Anton Tsekhansky, Oksana Kovalenko, Sergei Bespalov (19.57% each), and also Roman Vasiliev (18.91%).
