ImoneyBank’s board of directors recommended Ernst Bekker, who is currently CFO at Expobank and has long experience of a bank executive, to the position of the bank’s management board chairman.
Ruslan Suleymanov who previously chaired the bank’s management board, as agreed upon with the board of directors, decided to focus on his own business projects and pursue his career outside ImoneyBank.
The board’s recommendation has already been backed by all the bank’s participants. The candidature of Ernst Bekker will be submitted to the Central Bank of Russia for official approval.
As the lending institution noted in a press release, ImoneyBank’s strategy will remain unchanged, i.e. the retail bank with a focus on auto lending.
