As of today Boris Diakonov will be deprived of the prefix ‘acting’ in his title and will officially become management board chairman at Bank24.ru. The Bank of Russia already agreed upon his candidature.
At Friday’s meeting the board of directors officially approved Diakonov as the bank’s management board chairman.
Meanwhile, as web portal 66.ru noted, a first decree could shock his interior as Diakonov intends to refuse from any compensation package. Previously he also said that one of the primary objectives set by Bank24.ru is to shift as much as possible its clients and relevant solutions to online terms, and also office transformation.
