Soyuzprombank intends to wrap up its reorganization by merging with KIP-Bank and two non-banking organizations this September, the lending institution said on its website in a notice emailed to the clients.
To remind, this April a decision was made to merge Soyuzprombank, Commercial Bank of Conversion, Investment and Privatization (KIP-Bank) and settlement non-banking organizations (Inter-Bank Settlement Center and Settlement Banking Center). The merged lending institution will be named Businessprombank and will operate as a limited liability company.
The merged banks charter capital is reported to be equal to Rub 606.1 mln. As written on Soyuzprombanks website, the new banks head office will be located at the address of its Moscow office, i.e. at bldg. 1, 23 Maly Tishinsky Per., Moscow.
In late May participants of four to-be-merged financial institutions held a joint general meeting to approve members of Businessprombanks governing bodies. Alexei Fedorov was elected the banks management board chairman for a 4-year term. Other management board members (with 4-year terms as well) are Elena Lobyntseva and Yulia Rodygina.
Businessprombanks board of directors will also consist of three members. Svetlana Popkova, Natalia Bunina and Olga Klimova were elected to the banks supervisory board.
All merger-related expenses will be borne by Soyuzprombank.
