Vladicombank, alias Vladikavkaz Commercial Bank, which ceased long ago to operate in the initial region of its registration, the Republic of North Ossetia, has changed its official corporate name, and from now on it will be doing business as K2 Bank CJSC. Relevant information has not yet been reflected on the banks website or its section on CBRs website, but the lending institution has been indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities since August 26.
The bank was registered in 1994, was initially named Bank Doverie and was headquartered in Vladikavkaz. The bank was re-registered in 2011 in Makhachkala (Dadestan), and since November 2013 the banks head office has been situated in Cherkessk, the capital of the Republic of Karachaevo-Cherkessia. Meanwhile, all the other offices of the bank (six, in the aggregate) are situated in the Crimea (Sevastopol, Simferopol, Feodosia and Evpatoria).
It should be noted that all the banks participants (11 individuals, as of May 2014) are residents of other Russian regions, mainly the Moscow region. The largest stake in the bank (16.66%) is held by Saint Petersburg dweller Vladimir Gruzdev, 10% stakes are in the hands of Stanislav Kuznetsov, Vladimir Chashkin, Margarita Chukanova, Daria Chekaninas interest equals 9.49%, with 8.33% equity positions controlled by Ilya Kaletkin, Valera Korota and Vitaly Rudenko, and Leonid Netyaga owns 7.61%. Tatiana Zubacheva and Igor Fedorov hold 5.66% and 5.59%, respectively.
Gruzdev, Fedorov, Zubacheva and Korota are the banks board members, while Netyaga chairs the board.
As of August 1, 2014 the lending institution ranked third in terms of assets (Rub 1.43 bln) in the home region and ranked 634 nationwide.
