The Bank of Russias department for licensing and rehabilitation of lending institutions registered on August 29 an additional issue of Notabanks common registered non-documentary shares, to be floated via closed subscription, of the total nominal value of Rub 750 mln, the regulator reported on the website. The additional issue of the securities passed registration under individual state registration number 10102913B014D.
In line with the issuers materials, all the new shares will be purchased by the banks majority shareholder, CIA-Finance CJSC (its beneficial owner is Fanida Komarova), the equity stake of which presently equals 73.18%. In addition, 7.5 mln shares will be placed at par (Rub 100.00).
Presently Nota-Banks charter capital is equal to Rub 2.92 bln. So, the additional share issue will increase the banks charter capital by more than a quarter to Rub 3.67 bln.
