Damir Battulin has been appointed to chair the management board at B&N Bank Credit Cards, the lending institution says in a press release. His candidature to this position was agreed upon with the Central Bank of Russia.
“Damir Battulin is in charge of credit card business and his appointment to the position of the management board chairman at B&N Bank Credit Cards is a logical step towards integration of these two areas of business of our group," points out B&N Bank Credit Cards board chairman Petr Morsin, adding Dmitry Barbayanov, the former management board chairman, is still a member of the team as an executive responsible for the largest regional unit for the Central Federal District and is his deputy at the bank’s board of directors.
Battulin graduated from the Novosibirsk State Technical University, majoring in finance. He’s been in banking business for over 13 years, and has been more than 2.5 years with B&N Bank.
