Three of Tyumenagroprombanks six majority shareholders, including the board chairman, pulled out of the lending institution. They sold their holdings to minority shareholders, the banks materials show.
Alexander Zmushko, Andrei Ivanov and Andrei Berezin who hold stakes equaling around 16% of the voting shares cut their holdings to zero, the bank reported. The banks shareholders, whose stakes in the banks charter capital previously equaled 0.000378%, in turn, upped their interest. The shares were purchased by the banks minority shareholders, namely Nikolai Khmaruk, Alexei Vlasenko, Yury Posazhennikov, Vasily Romanko, Alexander Gamora and Igor Andreev.
