RIA NOVOSTI. The supervisory board at Bank Troika Dialog recommended that its shareholders approve no dividend payouts for 2008. As the company reported Thursday, an AGM will be held on April 8 and usual issues will be on the agenda.
Troika Dialog Group owns 99.8% of the bank. For the record, in October 2007 Troika Dialog acquired 89% of the bank’s securities from VTB Group and later on it bought an additional 10.83% in a mandatory buyout offer. The lenders charter capital equals Rub 239.21 mln. In 2007 earnings generated by the bank, earlier named Bank Broker, amounted to Rub 6.17 mln, i.e. sliding nearly 2-fold from Rub 12.36 mln in 2006.
