Ildar Khalikov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, has taken the reins of the board of directors at Tatfondbank, the lending institution said in a press release.
"At the board meeting Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov was reelected as chairman. The board of directors left the same the structure of its committees and their chairmen. The Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee is led by Robert Musin, Alexey Terekhov is in charge of the Audit and Risk Committee, while Elena Murashova is the chairwoman of the HR and Reward Committee," the bank noted.
Moreover, Tatfondbank's general shareholders meeting left unchanged its board of directors (10 members) and approved the bank's FY15 annual report and annual accounting (financial) records.
