The board of directors at Bank Aksent decided to appoint Maxim Danilochkin to the position of the financial institution's management board chairman, the lending institution said in a press release.
The powers and authority of the bank's acting management board chairwoman Natalia Yurenko were suspended.
Maxim Danilochkin chaired the bank's board of directors from December 8, 2011 through June 20, 2016. He previously served as a vice president at Bank Zamoskvoretsky and ran Yug-Invest.
Maxim Danilochkin graduated from the Moscow State University of International Relations (University) of the Russian Foreign Ministry (as an economist of external economic relations with the knowledge of a foreign language) and the Financial Academy attached to the Russian government, majoring in finance and credit.
