Alexander Zelenov has been appointed chairman of the board of directors at Svyaz-Bank, and Artem Dovlatov as his deputy, the lending institution reported after a meeting held by new members of the board. According to the CVs, both of them represent at the Svyaz-Bank board of directors the bank's parent company, Vnesheconombank.
For the record, earlier in February Svyaz-Bank shareholders elected a new board. The new board now consists of nine members instead of the previous eight (two members exited from the supervisory board, and three became the board's new members).
Svyaz-Bank's previous board of directors was also chaired by Alexander Zelenov.
