If it is decided to amend the breakdown of taxes, this will not result in higher corporate taxes, first vice PM Igor Shuvalov said at a meeting held by the MED collegium.
"The total tax burden will not be higher than what businesses are having now. Maybe an additional maneuver will turn up for those who offer products and services," Shuvalov said.
He praised Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin for "his proper work with information".
"When you came out with the 22/22 initiative, this was done not by leakage, but in the form of public presentation of information," he told Oreshkin.
Shuvalov also said there's a likelihood of the fiscal system remaining intact "if we understand that we can and need to do with that total tax offer that we're having now".
