RAMBLER NEWS SERVICE. The RUB/USD pair will reach equilibrium once the key rate goes down, vice PM Arkady Dvorkovich told journalists.
"According to expert calculations, that's not my point of view…the ruble's equilibrium rate should be little different – close to Rub 60 per dollar," said Dvorkovich. As he noted, "the picture will improve once the Bank of Russia makes rate-cutting decisions".
"I believe the rate will reach equilibrium when the key rate goes down," he claimed.
