Requirements:
• 6 years of experience with project management
• 3 years of experience with leading Agile projects
• 3 years of experience with managing, coaching, and mentoring administrative staff in their career progression
• Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
• Experience with teaching technical teams basic Agile framework concepts, including helping teams transition to Agile software development methodologies fr om a Waterfall methodology
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Agile Certification, including PMI-ACP, ICAgile Certified Professional, or Scrum Master as a plus
• PMP Certification required
Responsibilities:
• Develops the project plans, staffing requirements and ensures the program meets its stated objectives.
• Manages supervisors, offshore team leads and/or staff as needed in a matrix organization
• Responsible for an organization(s) performing work in one or more related functions or projects
• Responsible for managing one or more highly complex projects consisting of multiple streams
• Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
• Communicates with business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction and changes
• Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers
