PRIME-TASS. Bank Onego shareholders decided at an annual general meeting not to pay out dividends for 2008. Also the AGM approved the bank’s 2008 annual report, annual accounting statements, including the P&L statement. It was decided to distribute 2008 profit available after taxes and mandatory payments (Rub 12.95 mln) as follows: to allocate Rub 2.58 mln to the reserve fund and not to distribute Rub 10.36 mln and leave at the banks disposal for the purpose of increasing its equity capital.
The shareholders also elected a board of directors, an audit committee and appointed an auditor. So, 13 members were elected to the board and they are Yury Akhtarin, Valery Bessonov, Nikolay Bobko, Alexander Grischenkov, Sergey Denisov, Alexander Ufimov, Alexander Kolesov, Vladimir Koryagin, Alexander Markov, Valery Momotov, Sergey Savinksy, Lev Shustov and Mikhail Yurinov. The banks BoD elected Alexander Kolesov as board chairman and Sergey Denisov and Valery Momotov as his deputies.
As reported earlier, the bank paid out no dividends for 2007.
