As of February 26, 2015 Michel Colbert, who previously acted at the lending institution's FVP, has been appointed to chair the management board at DeltaCredit. His candidature was agreed upon with the Central Bank of Russia, DeltaCredit said in a press release.
DeltaCredit is part of French financial group Societe Generale, and Colbert joined DeltaCredit in September 2014. Michel Colbert's career at Societe Generale began in 1992.
The lender's board of directors decided back in late November 2014 to appoint the banker to chair the management board. The Central Bank of Russia agreed upon Michel Colbert's candidature in February.
