In the course of reorganization B&N Bank and B&N Bank Murmansk have been folded into MDM Bank that was at the same time renamed B&N Bank. Thus, the merged bank and all its offices will continue to operate under the B&N Bank brand, the lending institution said in a press release.
"The reorganization of the banks does not entail any inconveniences for clients as terms under signed agreements (including deposits and loans) remain the same, there is no need to re-sign them. Debit and credit cards remain valid, and it is not necessary to have them re-issued before they expire," the financial institution specified.
B&N Bank management board chairman is the bank's co-owner Mikail Shishkhanov, first deputy management board chairmen are Alexander Lukin and Pyotr Morsin, and Alexey Kitaev is deputy management board chairman.
"We've laid groundwork for the establishment of an international-level bank, innovative and hi-tech," commented Mikail Shishkhanov, adding that "next year we'll continue the merged bank's integrated and technological enhancement, after which we'll be ready for new M&A deals".
