B&N Bank has placed all additional issues of 1-, 2-, 3- and 5-series exchange traded bonds maturing January 2021 for a total of Rub 5 bln, the bank said, noting 1-3 series bonded loans are equal to Rub 1 bln each, while the 5-series bonded loan totals Rub 2 bln.
The ETB placement price was set at 100% of par value. The bonds carry semiannual coupons. The yield rate on the fifth and sixth coupons is 13.15%. The bonds can be redeemed under a call option on January 25, 2018.
The bank's 7-series 6-year exchange traded bonds were first floated in January 2015. An additional issue (sixth, Rub 3 bln) was placed in October 2015. At present, the total amount of the bank's outstanding ETBs is Rub 10 bln, with 12 coupon periods of 182 days provided for.
B&N Bank's 7-series ETBs are on the Bank of Russia's Lombard List.
