At present, the process is under way to rename Bank Yadrinsky, based in the Republic of Chuvashi, in Business for Business Commercial Bank, the lender’s vice president Tatjana Sukhomlinova said in an interview with Banki.ru.
“What prompted us to change our corporate name is the growing number of regional divisions in the republic and in other regions of Russia, as well as our focus on services provided to electronic trading floors and payment systems," Sukhomlinova said.
“By the end of the year we plan to open two more regional divisions," she added.
According to her, the bank will continue to deal with both corporate clients and households. No changes in the lending institutions shareholding structure took place and such plans do not exist.
Business for Business Commercial Bank is a successor of Bank Yadrinsky (registration number 1060) that was registered in 1990 in the city of Yadrin, the Republic of Chuvashi.
