RIA NOVOSTI. Vallaur Limited has acquired a 10% common stake in the Urals largest bank, Severnaya Kazna, that is under rehabilitation by Alfa-Bank, RIA Novosti reported quoting Severnaya Kazna.
Vallaur Limited purchased a 10.00333% common stake in Severnaya Kazna. Before the deal the company owned no securities of the lender, a press release said. The transaction price was not disclosed. The lender did not disclose info about the new shareholder either. The bank’s press service was also unable to specify any details about the company.
