The EBRD has doubled a credit line opened to Russias URALVNESHTORGBANK (Yekaterinburg) for trade financing. It now stands at $14 million. In October 2005, the EBRD and URALVNESHTORGBANK signed a $4.0-million small business credit agreement and a $7.0m trade finance guarantee agreement. Taking into account the increased limit, the EBRD has opened credit lines totalling $18m to URALVNESHTORGBANK.
