Russia’s FORBANK (Barnaul, Altai Territory) has provided R1.0 billion to regional residents as part of the mortgage lending program from the start of the year. FORBANK has reduced commission for drawing up a credit to 2.5% in en effort to make the mortgage loan more accessible to various social strata. As a special move, the tariff will be set at 2.0% in several bank branches before this year ends.
