Moscow’s SLAVINVESTBANK, a Russian subsidiary of Kazakhstan’s TURAN ALEM Bank, is to increase its share in the Astrakhan AGROINKOMBANK from 19% to 97% before June 2007. The bank is to close off the deal for the purchase of 43% of OMSK BANK, increasing its share to 62%, before this year ends. SLAVINVESTBANK took over 75% of the GARANT STRAKHOVANIE company in June 2006 and changed the company’s name to ATTA STRAKHOVANIE in October.
