The Moscow ELEKTRONIKA bank has financed an investment project, worth more than nine million Swiss francs, involving foreign capital. The ELEKTRONIKA bank has drawn funds to set up aluminum section production at the Voronezh aluminum plant. In late 2006, the funds went to the United Coke-Chemical Company, which instigated the project. German and Italian equipment is to be manufactured and supplied to the company under the terms of contracts
